[Daily life] Making milk bread with Kuku baking machine

ETC

Language :

Hello, I'm Min-gael.

I did an unboxing of Kuku baking machine last time.

I wanted to make bread right away, but it was my first time baking, so I had nothing, so I spent a few days trying to find out what I needed.

I heard that weight measurement is important when baking, so I bought a scale from Daiso and went to E-Mart to buy a bread knife.

And I searched how to make milk bread because I like it among breads and tried making it with the simplest ingredients.

Material

150g milk, 1 egg, 25g sugar, 4g salt, 35g salt-free butter, 270g strong flour, 5g dryist

The time required

3 hours and 10 minutes

Add ingredients

Place ingredients in a dough container in liquid-to-powder order.

You don't have to mix the eggs separately, just crack them and put them in.

Make a groove in the center of the strong flour so that it doesn't mix with the liquid.

Let's go

Press the menu button to launch program number 1.

Set the weight to 750g and the color to bright.

I thought the default was bright, so I ran it in the middle.

Milk bread cross-section

The middle of the bread color is pretty hard on the outside.

I unintentionally did it in the middle, but the bread itself was deliciously made.

It's very comfortable and satisfying because people only need to put ingredients.
